encrypted areas of our system. Once you register with Professional Bartending
& Sound and sign into our site, you are not anonymous to us. For certain

Group." A Professional Bartending & Sound Group consists of internet
based discussions and other functionalities that allow participants in the
Professional Bartending & Sound Group to communicate.

Bartending & Sound Groups include two types of discussions: publicly
accessible discussions that anyone can access subject to the age restrictions
described above (provided, however, that only Members can post to a
Professional Bartending & Sound Group) and restricted discussions that are
limited to Members who join the Professional Bartending & Sound Group. The
leader of a Professional Bartending & Sound Group decides who can access
the Professional Bartending & Sound Group and whether the Professional
Bartending & Sound Group is public or restricted. You should also be aware
that the leader of a Professional Bartending & Sound Group may change the
restrictions on the Professional Bartending & Sound Group at any time.
